Online, Telephone and Remote Mediation

Following the explosion in the use of video-conferencing during the Coronavirus Covid-19 "lockdown", we are now able to provide a comprehensive online mediation service using Zoom and other video platforms and communication providers.

Much of the anticipated resistance to online and remote mediations has fallen away. Parties and their advisers recognise many of the advantages of mediating online including convenience and potential savings of costs.

 

Preparation is even more important, but any additional time spent in preparation is saved by not having to find and travel to a convenient neutral venue.
